BRAVO is our signature restaurant managed by the Barcelona-born culinary genius Carles Abellán. BRAVO merges the culinary mastery of this Barcelona native chef with the dynamism for which this innovative lifestyle brand is globally recognised.

The mouth-watering menu brings together fresh local produce with a fusion of exciting and innovative dishes that will have guests desperate for more. Abellan's imaginative and distinctive interpretation to all the long time favourite dishes of Catalonia infused with his modern and innovative perspective on creating the ultimate culinary experience in an unprecedented setting are the key ingredients in the activation of W Hotels' passion for "B&F" (i.e. Beverage and Food) at W Barcelona. The main components in BRAVO's cuisine are meat, fish and seafood, which are brought to life with Abellan's flair while still keeping the most essential raw flavors of the dishes in their purest sense. All of the products are treated with the utmost care, ultimately bringing the best out in every possible dish created. BRAVO is a restaurant in the purest sense of the word, the food takes president and the quality is unparalled.

Each type of meat, fish or starter dish is cooked on a different kind of wood depending on the aroma that best suits each product. Likewise, a burner is used to prepare the embers that are to be used on the various griddles. This technique sets the restaurant With its polished, elegant and discreet service, which also manages to be informal, the aim is to make customers feel at home so that they are able to enjoy a pure and traditional experience in an attractive, cosmopolitan environment.
