Please be aware that due to the development of a new luxury marina at the south of the hotel, there are currently ongoing construction works which are out with our control. We have recently been informed by the Port Authorities that noise disturbance may occur as a result of the pile driving work being carried out. This pile driving activity is currently expected to last until mid-september and will only occur between 10am and 7pm Monday to Friday. Please note that no other construction work related to the marina project is expected to cause inconvenience to guests of the hotel.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD POLICY
The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon check-in at the hotel and must be valid for the entire stay. Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an extra one to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, upon which all the stay-related charges will be regulated. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

EXTRA BEDDING POLICY
Our Reservations Team will be thrilled to provide extra bedding for specific room categories with king beds, available upon request for a fee. Rooms with twin beds cannot accommodate rollaway beds. Charge for extra bedding per room/ per night is 110 EUR. Please reserve extra bedding prior to arrival in order to guarantee full service delivery.
FAMILY PLAN POLICY
In W Barcelona we welcome families yet we do not have family rooms. Our rooms max occupancy is 3 persons. (only WOW and E Wow suite will cater for more than 3). The only exception to stay in the same room would be a family of 2 adults 1 child and 1 baby in a crib. No other exceptions can be made.
An extra bed is always needed when booking a third person, whether is an adult or a child. Cribs are free of charge and extra beds have a cost of 100 EUR per night (room only). When booking 2 adults and a child a child rollaway must always be booked as well. For families of more than 3, connecting rooms can be reserved as we always confirm their availability prior to arrival. Connecting rooms are located between floors 1-6, we can not guarantee the floor. Please note that children aged 2 and under may sleep in existing room bedding at no additional charge or will receive a complimentary crib.

FACILITY USE POLICY: BLISS® SPA & FIT®
Access to the Spa WET® area is based on availability and has a charge of 20 EUR per person. Access must be reserved on weekends and during the high season. Children must be at least 18 to access the Spa or have parental authorization. Please contact Bliss® Spa for more information.
Complimentary access to the Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room of Bliss® Spa is guaranteed when booking facials, massages or body treatments. Access to FIT® Fitness Center’s sauna is complimentary for all hotel guests.
We welcome cats and dogs 18kg (40 pounds) or less. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in and will be charged 25 EUR per pet per day above the room rate. There is also a non-refundable 100 EUR cleaning fee regardless of length of stay. Please note that pets are not allowed in public areas such as restaurants and the WET® pool deck.

Third party credit card payments are Not accepted at W Barcelona. Please contact W Barcelona’s internal reservations via email to Wbarcelona.email@example.com in order to receive a proforma invoice including our Bank details, bank transfers only accepted more than 7 days from arrival date.
We strictly enforce a no-smoking policy throughout all designated hotel guest rooms and indoor public spaces.
Guests will be charged 200 Euros cleaning fee if evidence of smoking is found in their guest room. Please contact the hotel for more information.
